Qualified in Level 4 nutrition, Hatha and Yin Yoga, I’m passionate about the role of food and movement in promoting health, preventing disease, and supporting overall wellbeing.
I support clients with weight management, supplement guidance, and the use of herbs and essential oils. Breathwork and meditation are woven into my classes for all abilities—students appreciate the clear pace and calming relaxation at the end of practice.
The best part of my work is hearing how clients improve core strength, sleep, stress, and confidence through mindful movement and simple, sustainable rituals.
